Ideas for the New Year Challenge

Physical Challenges: Do 12,000 steps per day, Dance for 12 minutes a day, Walk between 1 and 12 miles a day, Run every day for 12 days, Achieve a 12 mile run in January

Goal-Based: Give up 12 unhealthy habits (e.g. no fizzy drinks, no snoozing alarm), Give up something for 12 days.
